Oh Jenny!
I've always had a soft spot for donkeys. Growing up in the countryside, surrounded by farms and cornfields, cows and horses might have scared me a bit, but donkeys felt different—gentle, quiet, and warm.
There's something about the softness of a donkey and their adorable appearance that draws me in.
When I was creating the collage, "Oh, Jenny," I stumbled upon the perfect image of a donkey, and the story just flowed. A meadow bursting with flowers, exuding softness and gentleness. Playful mushrooms adding a whimsical touch. And then, the unexpected—a bed. I adore incorporating the unexpected into all my designs, be it in interiors or illustrations, and the bed served that purpose perfectly. Picture a donkey seeking refuge on a pink canopy bed—utterly unexpected. That's when my vision truly came to life.
